Last night, along with a gaggle of galfriends, I thoroughly enjoyed “Noises Off!” performed at the Claire vg Thomas Theatre in Lynden.
There are only 3 more performances, so call (360) 354-4425 for ticket information.
This zany comedy is produced by Jane Timmermans and directed by Christopher Jones. Watching how the stagehands twirl around the elaborate set is worth the price of admission.
You don’t want to miss out on this “Rowdy evening of hysterically grownup fun!” My sides are still sore from laughing! The rapier quick dialog and body language are NON-STOP!!!
Stephanie Maksin, who directed me in "Faith County" was one of the gals I went to this play with. She asked me if I would want to perform in another play at some point. That's a tough question to answer. I had a totally fabulous experience and it was great fun to work with the cast and everyone involved with the production. But, I have to say at this point, no, no more theatre for me other than as a member of the audience.
I particularly couldn't have performed in "Noises Off!" It was so fast-paced, no room for pauses or missed cues. The cast did an incredible job!
Go see it!
